Production Time

• Production takes place week days Monday - Friday.
• We are not open on Bank holidays and the 3 days between Christmas and New Year 

Delivery Information

Delivery of your products will depend on:

• What you have ordered and the production time required
• When you have ordered the item
• The delivery method you have chosen

Carriers

Dispatch Times - (January - October)

• Cards - A Card will be printed and dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm
• Photobooks - Allow 5 working days for dispatch on a book ordered before 5pm
• Personalised & Photo gifts - Gifts will be dispatched within 2-3 working days if ordered before 5pm 
• Calendars - Calendars will be dispatched within 4-5 working days if ordered before 5pm

Terms

• The Products you order will be sent to the address you give at time of placing the order - this cannot be amended after order has been placed
•  Delivery pricing will be detailed as per your selection at check out
• We will endeavour to meet all stated time-scales but we accept no liability for any delivery or failure to deliver from our third party providers
• All time-scales estimates are based on the time and date of receipt of a viable order
• We do not deliver outside the UK and N Ireland other than through BFPO services
